COACHING MEMBERSHIPS
Coaching at Overcome is built as an ongoing membership, not a collection of isolated sessions.
The goal is consistency, adaptability, and long-term progress & sustainability, even when life gets busy. Research even shows higher success rates for those who form habits to support their goal and new lifestyle.
Your membership determines how often we train together in person, while your coaching support, guidance, and accountability extend beyond the gym.

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR IN-PERSON TRAINING RHYTHM
Overcome does not offer session packages. Instead, you’ll receive a set number of Session Credits every two weeks with your membership (1 session credit = 1 in-person session). Session credits rollover to the preceding billing cycle(s) if unused before expiring based on your specific membership.
Credits refill automatically on your billing date.
1x = 2 credits/2 weeks*
2x = 4 credits/2 weeks
3x = 6 credits/2 weeks*available after at least 4-weeks at 2x or 3x a week.
STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP TERM
Overcome offers two membership terms: Month-to-Month or Annually. All memberships with Overcome are billed biweekly (every two weeks).
